- 1/4 tsp Hing
- 2 Chopped red chillies
- Cashews10 to 15 broken

- Grind the soaked urad daal with methi seeds till creamy and fluffy. Also drain and grind the rice with poha till smooth.
- Combine both, blend well, transfer to a large bowl and ferment for 8 hours.
