- 15 florets gobhi / cauliflower

- 4 cup hot water
- For frying
- 2 tbsp curd / yogurt (thick)
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- oil (for frying)
- For tempering
- 3 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin / jeera
- 1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 dried red chilli (broken)
- 1 tbsp curd / yogurt
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
Instructions to make to make Gobhi 65
- Firstly in a large bowl take 15 florets gobhi and one half teaspoon salt. Add 4 cup water and allow to blanch for 5 minutes.
- Drain of the water and take blanched gobhi in a large bowl.
Add 2 tbsp curd, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, one-half teaspoon Garam Masala, half tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. - Add 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp oil and half teaspoon salt. Mix well and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Now add one fourth cup corn flour and one fourth Cup rice flour. Mix well coating flour uniformly
- Deep fry in hot oil steering occasionally.
- Drain off the excess oil over kitchen paper once gobhi turns Crispy and golden.
- To prepare tempering heat 3 tsp oil and splutter one-half teaspoon cumin, 1 inch ginger, 2 Clove garlic and 2 dried red chilli. Keep the flame on low and add 1 tablespoon Curd, half teaspoon chili powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Saute well until it is well combined. Add in fried gobhi and mix well coating sauce uniformly.
- Finally enjoy gobhi 65 for an evening snack.
