- 1/4 bunch Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 cup Tamarind pulp (tamarind boiled with dates and sugar)
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Salt as per taste
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 bunch Coriander leaves
- 1 Tomato cubes (optional)
- 1/4 cup Rosted Peanuts
- 3-4 Red Chillies (remuv seeds)
- as needed Tamarind Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Roasted Chana/Dalia
- 1/2tsp Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Green Chilli
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Katoris:
- few strigs of Mint Leaves
- 2 cup Besan (Gram flour)
Instructions to make to make Whosayna’s Aloo Katori Chaat
- Katoris:....Bind to stiff dough, cover with samp cloth for 20 mins..
Roll into thin roti and cut rounds, and place on greased tart moulds, and poke with fork all over so it does not puff up..
when u hav 5 of them, put along with mould as it in hot oil mould wil come off the katoris, remove moulds with skimmer, deep fry katoris till nice golden brown colour, remove on strainer and continue till all done...
Namkeen Sev:....Bind to sticky dough and use sev machine to mek sev....
deep fry.... - Paani/Ras/Tamarind Sauce:....blend ol very little water to get thick chutney then keep in fridge to chill...
Green Chutney:....blend all well with very lil water to a paste...
Keep in a bowl
Red Chutney:...blend all well and keep in a bowl
