  2. 500 gm Kabuli chana
  3. 1 cup Onion chopped
  4. 3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 5-6 pieces Green chilli
  6. 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1 tsp Termeric powder
  9. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  10. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  11. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  12. 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  13. 2 tbsp Chole masala powder
  14. 3-4 tbsp Oil
  15. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  16. 2-3 pieces Red chilli whole
  17. 2-3 pieces Bay leaves
  18. 1-1 each Some whole spices(cardamom,cinnamon,clove)
  19. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  20. Amritsari Aloo Kulche
  21. 2 cups Refined flour (maida)
  22. 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  23. 1 tsp Baking soda
  24. 1 cup Yogurt
  25. to taste Salt
  26. Little bit sugar
  27. Melted butter for brushing
  28. 1 tbsp Kalonji
  29. 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  30. For Stuffing:-
  31. 3-4 Boiled potato medium size
  32. 1 tsp Finely chopped ginger
  33. 1 tsp Finely chopped Coriander
  34. 1-2 Finely chopped green chilli
  35. to taste Salt
  36. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  37. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  38. 1 tsp Aamchur powder

Instructions to make to make Amritsari Chole Kulche

  1. Chole Recipe:- Over night soaked the chana. Boiled the chana complitly.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan add cumin seeds,red chilli whole,bay leaves and some whole spices saute till fragrent.
  3. Then add onion and saute. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and saute. Add salt and again saute.
  4. Add all the masala and tomato and saute. Then add boiled chana and mix it.
  5. Cover and cook 10-15 min then add water and stir well.
  6. Again cover and cook and garnished with Coriander leaves and serve hot with nun or kulcha.
  7. Alu Kulche Recipe:- Place a refiend flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, add baking soda,baking powder,yogurt pinch of salt and little bit of oil and mix.
  8. Add lukewarm water and knead into a dough.
  9. Cover and rest for 3-4 hours to rise.
  10. In a large mixing bowl add boil potato and mashed it. Add salt,ginger,corinder,green chilli,red chilli powder,cumin powder and aamchur powder and mix it very well and set aside.
  11. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Press a portion of the dough flat on a rolling board and roll out into an oblong of 125 mm.
  12. Then the potato mixture stuffed in to the dough and press gently and again rolling very carefully.
  13. Using little plain flour for rolling. Add kalonji and chopped Coriander on the middle of the kulcha and press it with finger tips.
  14. Heat a non-stick tava and place the kulcha, cook it on one side till it's puffs slightly and then turn over.
  15. Cook it on the other side it's roast on an open flame till it turns golden brown.
  16. Brush each kulcha with the melted butter and serve immedietely.😃
