  11. ½ tbs Namak (Salt) or to taste
  12. 1/4 Cup Pani (Water)
  13. 3 Cups Pani (Water)
  14. Prepare Pakoray
  15. 2 Cups Baisan (Gram flour)
  16. 1 tsp Namak (Salt) or to taste
  17. 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  18. 1 Cup Pani (Water) or as required
  19. 1 tbs Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed
  20. 1 tsp Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder)
  21. 2 Green chilli (Green chilies) chopped
  22. 1 medium Pyaz (Onion) sliced
  23. 1/4 Cup Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  24. Tadka
  25. 1/4 Cup Oil
  26. 1 small Pyaz (Onion) sliced
  27. 3 cloves Lehsan (Garlic)
  28. 4-5 Sabut lal mirch (Whole red chilies)
  29. 1 tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds)
  30. 8-10 Curry pata (Curry leaves)

Instructions to make to make Curry Pakora

  1. Prepare Curry:
    -In frying pan,add gram flour and roast until fragrant & let it cool.
  2. Gradually add water and mix well until smooth and set aside.
  3. In pot,add oil,curry leaves,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  4. Add turmeric powder,red chili powder,salt and mix well.
  5. Add water and mix well for 2 minutes.
  6. Add gram flour yogurt mixture and mix well.
  7. Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame (approx. 2 & ½ hours) and keep stirring in between.
  8. Prepare Pakoray:
    -In pot,add gram flour,salt,baking soda and mix well.
  9. Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  10. Add coriander seeds,red chili powder,green chilies,onion,fresh coriander and mix well.
  11. In wok,heat oil and fry pakoray until crispy and golden.
  12. Now add fried pakoray in kadhi,stir gently and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  13. For Tadka:
    In frying pan,add oil,onion and fry until translucent.Add garlic and fry.Add whole red chilies and mix,add cumin seeds,curry leaves and mix well.
  14. Now add tadka on kadhi and serve with moong daal rice.
