- 2 chopped Green chilies
- 1 medium onions chopped
- 1/4 Cup Fresh coriander chopped
- Half cup Green onions
- Tarka!
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1 small Onion sliced
- 3 Garlic Gloves
- 4-5 Whole red chilies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 8-19 Curry patta
Instructions to make to make Curry Pakora!
- Prepare Karhi! In a grinder add besan, yogurt, salt, haldi, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and grind it..
- Add it in your pot, add more water and start boiling it. Cover and cook on low flame (approx. 2 & ½ hours) and keep stirring in between..
- Prepare Pakoray:
In pot add gram flour, salt, baking soda and mix well.. - Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter
- Add cumin seeds,red chilli powder,green chilies,onion,fresh coriander and mix well..
- Heat oil and fry pakoray until crispy and golden.. Now add fried pakoray in kadhi, stir gently and cook for 1-2 minutes
- For Tadka:
In frying pan fry onions, whole red chillies, cumin seeds, curry leaves.. - Now add this tadka on kadhi..
