- Sb sy pehly Baisan ko roast(akorna) hai
- Then Dahi Mein Pani daal Kar Dahi ko patla Kar lain
- Then Dahi Mein roasted Baisan add karain or is Baisan ky mixture ko side par Rakh dain
- Aik pateely Mein oil Dal Kar curry Patta add karain then lehsan Adrak paste
- Phir baqi saary masaly zeera Lal Mirch powder haldeee Namak ye sub shamil karain
- 1/2 cup Pani daal Kar masalon ko Achi trh bhoonain
- Oil jab masaly sy alag ho Jaye to is Mein Baisan or Dahi Ka mixture add karain
- Phir is Mein zaroorat ky mutabiq taqreebn 5 cup Pani add karain
- Phir is ko taiz anch par PAKAIN ky boil a Jaye boil a Jaye to low flame par pakny ky liya Chor dain 4 to 5 hours
