  23. 1 and half tsp Chaat masala
  24. Meetha dahi:
  25. 1 cup yogurt
  26. 2 tbsp sugar
  27. 1/4 tsp salt

  29. 1 cup imli pulp
  30. Half cup sugar
  31. 1 tsp salt
  32. 1 tsp black pepper corns
  33. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  34. 5-6 red button chillies
  35. Filling and Assembling ingredients:
  36. 2 cup Boiled chickpeas
  37. 1 cup boiled potatoes
  38. Few pakoray soaked in water
  39. 1 chopped onion
  40. 1 chopped tomato
  41. 1 chopped green chilli
  42. 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

  44. Imli meethi chutney as required
  45. Meetha dahi as required
  46. Imli teekhi chutney as required

  49. 1 and half tsp Red Chilli flakes
  50. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  51. 1 tsp chaat masala
  52. Half tsp whole spice powder
  53. To taste salt
  54. Imli pulp as required

Steps to make to make Raj Kachori/ Gappa Ghotala 😋

  1. Blend all the ingredients of imli meethi chutney together than cook it for 5 mins and keep it in an air tight jar. You can refrigerate it upto 6 months.
  2. Blend all the ingredients of green chutney and store it into the air tight jar nrefrigerate it.
  3. Blend all the ingredients of imli teekhi chutney and cook it for few mins.. let it cool and keep it in air tight container and refrigerate it.
  4. Beat yogurt with sugar and salt and keep it aside.
  5. Now for Kachori Mix all the ingredients and Knead it with lukewarm water. & form a soft dough. Now cover it and give it rest for 10 to 15 mins.
  6. After 15 mins make balls and roll them like roti.. just don't make it too thin and make sure that it is evenly rolled.
  7. Now deep fry it. Till nice golden color from both sides.


    You can make 4 kachories from this quantity.
  8. Now filling & Assembling : Mix all spices in chickpeas along with imli pulp and salt.
  9. Now make a big hole in kachori.. put chickpeas in it.
  10. Now boiled potatoes and soaked pakoray.

    Now meethi chutney.

    Now onion, tomato & green chillies.

    Now green chutney than meetha dahi.

    Than teekhi chutney than sev and cilantro.
  11. In last sprinkle some chaat masala & red chilli flakes on top.
