  3. Ek bowl main pani rakh lein aur 1 tsp salt add kar ke mix krein aur ready pholkiyan pani main 5 min ke liye dal dein 5 min baad pani sy nekal kar chalni main rakh lein
  4. Yogurt main sugur add kar ke side kar dein
  5. Onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, tomato chopped kar ke side kar dein
  6. Aub ek dish main boil chanay dalein, phir besan ki pholkiyan dal dein oper yogurt dalein phir chat masala dalein
  7. Chat masala dalne ke baad onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, Tomato chopped kar ke dalein imli ki chutney aur papri dal kar garnishing kar dein mazedar papri chat ready hai
