  15. 2 tsp Oil
  16. As Required Little Oil for toasting

Steps to make to make Poha Toast

  1. Assemble ingredients, and finely chop all veggies.
  2. Grind flattened rice for few seconds.
    In a mixing bowl add flattened rice + semolina + sugar + salt + ginger + green chilli + curd + little water and mix well. Keep aside for 10 - 12 minutes.
  3. Then add all chopped vegetables + special masala and mix well. The mixture will absorb all water, so add water accordingly, we need an idli batter-like consistency.
    So add water as required, lastly, add fruit salt / baking soda and give a gentle mix.
  4. Grease sandwich maker mould, add around 3 tbsp of mixture and spread evenly.
    Switch on the sandwich maker and toast for around 7-8 minutes, the upper surface dries up and turns slight brownish.
  5. After a few seconds, de mould and it is ready to Serve.
